Shipping Policy

We deliver across Kampala and selected areas in Uganda. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by our trusted logistics partners.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major areas in Kampala and can arrange delivery to other locations in Uganda. Delivery availability and fees for areas outside Kampala may vary — our team will confirm availability and timeline at the time of your order if your area is not listed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Kampala (Central): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Kampala Suburbs (Entebbe Road, Ntinda, Kira, Mukono, etc.): 2–4 business days.
Other Uganda Locations: 3–7 business days — our team will confirm at order time.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Where a free delivery threshold applies, it will be shown at checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our side.

Reserve & Collect (Free)

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can use our Reserve & Collect service. There is no delivery fee for in-store collection. See the Reserve & Collect guide for full details.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-ordered items are shipped once they arrive from our supplier. You will receive an estimated arrival window at the time of ordering. Actual shipping begins as soon as the item clears our quality check. See the Pre-order Guide for full timeline information.

Personal Shopping & Imported Orders

For items sourced through our personal shopping service, shipping is included in your sourcing quote. Import timelines typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the supplier and destination country. Customs clearance and import duties may apply for certain items and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Delays

Delays can occasionally occur due to high volume periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, please contact us at hello@shoporventa.com or use the Order Tracking page and we will investigate immediately.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the order, our courier will make one additional attempt. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your delivery address, contact name, and phone number are accurate at checkout. ORVENTA cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information or an unavailable recipient. If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@shoporventa.com.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking reference. Logged-in customers can view real-time order status in their Account > Orders page.
