Track Your Order
The fastest way to track your order is through your account dashboard. If you placed your order while logged in, visit My Orders to see real-time status for all your orders.
Guest Order Tracking
If you placed your order as a guest, you can check your order status by contacting us at hello@shoporventa.com with:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
We will verify your identity and provide a secure status update.
Order Status Explained
- Payment Pending: Your order is placed but payment has not yet been confirmed
- Payment Received: Payment confirmed — your order is being prepared
- Processing: Your items are being picked and prepared for dispatch
- Dispatched: Your order is on its way — you will receive a tracking reference where available
- Fulfilled: Your order has been delivered or collected
- Pre-order: Awaiting supplier arrival — you will be notified when dispatched
Delivery Notifications
We send notifications at key stages of your order: confirmation, dispatch, and delivery. Notifications are sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. If you have not received a notification, check your spam folder or contact us.
