Reserve & Collect
Reserve your item online and collect it in person — free of delivery charges. Here is everything you need to know.

How It Works
- Add the item to your cart and select Reserve & Collect at checkout
- Complete payment (or reserve without payment if the option is available)
- Receive a confirmation with your pickup reference and the collection address
- Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID to collect your item
Eligible Products
Most in-stock items are available for Reserve & Collect. Items marked for delivery-only or pre-orders that have not yet arrived are not eligible for immediate collection. Check the product page for availability.
Hold Period
Your item will be held for 48 hours from the time your collection confirmation is sent. If your item is not collected within this period, the reservation may be released and the item returned to general stock. If you need more time, please contact us before the hold period expires.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout before your item is reserved. Where a "pay on collection" option is available, this will be shown at checkout. Items reserved without full payment must be paid in full at the time of collection.
Collection Process
When you arrive to collect your item, please have the following ready:
- Your order confirmation (email or screenshot)
- A valid photo ID matching the account name on your order
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Pickup Location
Our current pickup point details will be confirmed in your collection confirmation email. For the most up-to-date address, contact us at hello@shoporventa.com.
Uncollected Items
Items not collected within the hold period may be returned to stock. If this happens to your order, we will attempt to contact you before releasing the reservation. If you were unable to collect due to an emergency, please reach out — we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancelling a Reservation
If you need to cancel your Reserve & Collect order, contact us at hello@shoporventa.com before the hold period expires. Refund processing follows our Return & Exchange Policy.
